ABSTRACT

Capturing fisheries production has been decline. Whereas, it need to created by combination capturing and culture fisheries, its name sea farming. The objective of study to design model of sea farming. The result showed that model of sea farming can help decision maker to make systematic and holistic strategy to get welfare.
